[Drama Review #33] - Autumn Tale 가을동화 秋天的童話

Autumn Tale 가을동화 is the thirty-third drama I've seen. Autumn Tale was actually a drama I started a long time ago but never finished. At the time, I chose to watch Autumn Tale because it was part of the same series that Winter Sonata falls under. Also, I enjoyed watching Song Hye Kyo in Full House and looked forward to one of the earlier dramas that she acted in. I learned later that the main male lead, Song Seung Hun, would take the main lead in My Princess. This drama was a huge stepping stone for both Song Hye Kyo and Song Seung Hun's acting careers. Now that I've gotten a greater appreciation for dramas, I decided it was important for me to return and finish watching Autumn Tale.

[Drama Review #30] - Fashion King 패션왕 流行王

Fashion King 패션왕 is the thirtieth drama I've seen. Fashion King brings together two of my favorite female celebrities: Shin Se Kyung and SNSD's Kwon Yu Ri. Fashion King would become the debut drama for Kwon Yu Ri. The male leads, Yoo Ah In and Lee Je Hoon, were relatively new to me. Nevertheless, Fashion King was a drama I had a lot of interest in. A portion of Fashion King's footage was shot in New York City. As a native New Yorker, I was very excited to see how my home city would be featured in Fashion King. With both actresses and my hometown together, it was absolutely inevitable that I add Fashion King to my list of watched dramas.

[Drama Review #22] - Athena: Goddess of War 아테나: 전쟁의 여신 雅典娜：戰爭女神

Athena: Goddess of War 아테나: 전쟁의 여신 is the twenty-second drama on the watched list. Athena: Goddess of War is the spin-off series following the success of IRIS. It is not to be confused as the sequel to IRIS, which would be filmed a couple years later. One of the most interesting facts about Athena: Goddess of War is that after the production of the drama, it was revealed that Jung Woo Sung and Lee Ji Ah were in a relationship. After I found this out midway through watching this drama, I became more interested in their onscreen chemistry.

[Drama Review #12] - Resurrection 부활 復活

The twelfth drama is called Resurrection 부활. This was a drama recommended to me by a friend from high school. When I saw that the main actor was Uhm Tae Woong, I was pretty excited. I had already seen his acting ability in Gumiho and was impressed. When I searched online to examine the synopsis, the storyline gave me chills. It was a drama with a romantic story buried into a complex but thrilling mystery.
